Canadian Airports
« on: November 07, 2009, 08:50:26 pm »
Hi,

fsdreamteam,  I was wondering if there is any plans to create a major Canadian aiport (ex. Toronto Pearson Airport or
Montreal Trudeau Airport) in the near future?

Thanks,

William

Hello

For me Blueprint is well but I prefer fsdreamteam especially realizes it scenes.

If you to look at the scene of Montreal it lacks well e matter on this scene of Montreal by

Example.  Just the name of AIR CANADA on the Shed of air Canada, The scene is not updated.

According to me if Fsdreamteam done Montreal and Toronto I to say bye bye blueprint.

thanks Didier Chabanne

What version are you running, Didier? Montreal has been updated since release, Toronto is in process.

According to me Blueprint gives not big thing of updated leaves the view of the tower of check that is better.

Before was bad not just to Montreal everywhere of this is scene.

A foix I writes to Blueprint to say it will be necessary to do better side texture (ground trucks of service),

It have to say is not in our project

thanks

There has never been a scenery made for Vancouver International Airport before (CYVR). It would be great if FSDT made that.

Well here you go. You would be amazed what a simple google search can do. http://jgabbert.wordpress.com/ and yes, AES is expected as stated by the developer.

Have some of this too if you like: http://jgabbert.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/cywg-winnipeg-status/

And this: http://jgabbert.wordpress.com/2009/02/27/yvr-new-hsbc-logos-south-terminal/

On a sidenote, I am using the freeware CYYZ with AES. The Canada coastline is like a grid and it seems only to be in this area. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it? In this area is Ground Envronment, UT USA/CAN, FSG 2005.

Cheers!

Aerosoft wont budge at all.

Aerosoft is a publisher, most of their products are done by other developers.

Yes! PLEASE think about doing a Canadian airport. Canada has been left in the dust. May i suggest one of the following?

- Ottawa CYOW <- Capital city of Canada
- Toronto CYYZ <- Major hub
- Montreal CYUL <- Major hub
- Calgary CYYC <- Major airport

Side note:

Yes, i know there are many developers out there that create these airports, but they lack quality. Nuff said.

Would be willing to help with pictures ;)

true, but you know what Mathijs's views are on North American airports.
id have to agree with Tino, all the blueprint stuff isnt worth my money. I dont know why major developers have looked past Canada all these years.

Mathijs is German, working for a German company. Probably never been to North America.  ;D
