P3dv4.5 File Corruption

I had a corrupted file in P3d and it has been resolved.  I am now in the process of adding my sceneries back to P3d using the P3d Scenery Library. Part of the process of fixing my sim was moving P3d Addon Manager to my desktop.  I am to the point where I need to place my FSDT sceneries (KJFK, CYVR, KORD2, KDFW, KSDR, and GSX) back into my P3d. 

I need to know the correct procedure for the activation of my sceneries.

Unless you are reformatting Windows or change major hardware components ( like the mainboard ), you can uninstall/reinstall all the sceneries and even the whole simulator, it won't touch your activation.
