gsx error

Hello. I have been using GSX for 2 years. recently ground services have been positioned at the top of the plane. So he's standing in the air. how do i fix this error.

Go into the customize airport parking menu, then click on the little airplane on the top right corner of the window. See if that fixes it.

Just to clarify since it's not clear, are you saying it didn't fix it or the button isn't there.

Your problem is caused by an altitude conflict, usually introduced by OrbX, which changes the elevation of many default airports. It's surely fixed by clicking the small airplane icon on the top-right of the GSX customization page. It MUST be done with the airplane parked on that airport, of course. And you'll have to press Apply after clicking it.
