I have spent the last two days going over every page on this form trying every fix i can find.  I am starting to think there there is a major issue with the last update.  I find it more than just a coincidence that everything worked fine for me until three days ago.  Seems as if I am not the only one having this issue.  I will try a few more things today and see what happens.  Has anyone been able to find a solution to this issue?

Thanks,

Scott B.

If you update you will get the issue.  My guess is many have not updated and therefore not having any problems.  Hopefully they will be back from vacation soon and fix the issue.  This has been 6 days now.

I deleted the GSX FollowME.pye file and loaded FSDT KLAX and found that the couatl will load and continue run without crashing.  As soon as I add the file back, it crashed immediately.  Of course GSX does not work, but at least the couatl is not crashing.  I think there is something corrupt in this file.  Maybe someone else could try this as well and see if they have the same results.  I hope that someone at FSDT offers a solution soon.

Thanks,
Scott B.

I wish.  Totally unusable GSX, cyvr and klax.  I wish they would put the old update back.  They did this last time and it got things working.  Please Fix!!  Yes I have restarted several times and my folder is restricted from virus.

Hey Scott B I did the same my airports are loaded and no crash. My jetway's are not working in CYVR. Hopefully they fix that file fast.

I tried a slightly older (Sept 2019) followme.pye and the problem persisted. But then I swapped the  _init_.pye
(again from Sept_2019) and my GSX works again!

Could you please share your files here?

Thanks!

LAM.

Same here, Dave_YVR would you be able to post the older .py files that've fixed the issue? Seems to be a common problem with the newest updater. Flying without GSX for now.

Virtuali, it'd be great if you could provide an update on how this is happening or whether you have a fix lined up!

Happy New Year!

Unfortunately, having checked myself, Umberto was last active on Christmas day. If there's anybody who would know anything about this, it would be him.
