AFCAD issues, gates out of nowhere & more

these phantom gates, gates that come out of nowhere, gates that dont sync up, all stands seem to be in the grass and double gates

Those jetways are not coming "out of nowhere", they are coming from another scenery for JFK made by another developer, which you haven't removed.
