Baggage Loader Vehicles

Is it possible, through user changeable data, to make the baggage loader vehicles remain next to the aircraft after baggage has been loaded into the carts, rather than the loaders returning to their original assigned positions?

No, because they will likely conflict with other vehicles if they stayed there.
