After I updated the PMDG, all the screens in the cabin are blank, all the keys are unavailable and I cannot start the cold cabin.
I also wrote to the staff of PMDG and P3D, they said that it has nothing to do with them, it is a problem with GSX, please help me to see thanks
That's standard PMDG reply, which starts from a very wrong understanding how GSX works.
As explained so many times, GSX
doesn't touch the airplane systems. It doesn't do ANYTHING to the airplane, it doesn't even try to close the doors, for the precise reason that touching or writing on the airplane variables could be dangerous, that's why WE DON'T DO THAT, and with the PMDG airplane this is especially true, since those are flagged as:
- Using a custom fuel system, so we don't try to "refuel" the airplane with GSX, but just wait the airplane to fuel itself
- Using a custom battery, so we don't try to "charge" the battery on a jetway
- Using a custom pushback, so we don't "raise" the airplane while pushing.
Those were the only possible case in which GSX could possible change the airplane state but, again, is NOT happening on any of the PMDG airplanes, because they have been flagged as such in the internal GSX configuration.
In addition to that, as you said yourself, the problem started only AFTER you updated the PMDG so, clearly, it cannot possibly have anything to with GSX.
What is really happening here, and what your log is showing is that:
The PMDG update has made the simulator crash, so you have a crash in Prepar3d.exe logged in the Event Viewer.
Since the simulator crashed, it couldn't send a proper "close/quit" command to all its own addons, so it MADE Couatl.exe crash
Couatl.exe, being an .exe, CANNOT crash the sim, it's simply not impossible. All PMDG airplanes, since they are made with multiple .DLLs CAN crash the sim instead. PMDG, as a developer, surely must knows this very well. So, your log show that something has made the sim crash, and Couatl.exe was brought down by it.
In addition to that, I find interesting that PMDG was so quick to point out it's a "GSX fault", when they haven't even noticed you are running P3D 4.1, when their site indicates 4.4 as a miniumum requirement for the 737 NGXu ( with 4.5 suggested ) and 4.4 as suggested for the 747. You haven't said what do you mean with "I updated the PMDG" so, it's not clear which product you are referring to.
In addition to that, you are ALSO running a VERY outdated version of GSX, which is indicated by your old build number for Couatl.exe, which is 3997, but the current version is 4281.
Normally, it's not even possible to get an old version of GSX by mistake, since the Live Updater will always install all the latest files, unless you chose to block it on install for some reason.
The current GSX, won't even run on P3D 4.1 either, just like the current PMDG products.
