Customize Aircraft Tool Tips

Just want to point out that the Tool Tips for Battery, pushbackRaise, and pushbackDummyEvent all repeat the Show FSX "Fuel and Cargo" dialog during refueling tooltip (which also has a spelling mistake - "and" is missing the "n").
