First, you shouldn't post your order details on a public forum. That was a matter for a support email, obviously.

But, anyway, the problem is that you haven't read the installation manual, named fsdt_install_guide.pdf, to be found in the fsdreamteam folder after installing any scenery Trial, that on page 9 when Reinstallation is discussed says that, if you make an order on the Web store, you can't use the server-assisted Reinstall, that is only possible with purchases made from within flight sim.

Instead, for orders made on the Web, you need to use the "Register Serial" option, and insert you SERIAL NUMBER, NOT your Order Number + Email.

However, the very latest version of the Addon Manager that was released a couple of days ago, makes this mistake difficult to do because, the "Reinstall" button doesn't call the server-assisted Reinstall anymore, but it simply start a sort of wizard, that will first ask if you still have your email receipt, then it will instruct you to look for the SERIAL NUMBER in the email receipt, then it will go to the "Register Serial" option automatically. Here, you have to type only you SERIAL NUMBER, which is in your email receipt.

Check you have THIS version already. If not, run the Addon Manager installer again. There's NO NEED to re-download it, because it's self-updating over the internet when it starts.

Also, you are not saying if you are using FSX or FS9. Because, in FS9, as explained on the aforementioned manual, it's best to do the whole procedure in Windowed mode (press ALT+Enter), because FS9 doens't support Windows standard dialog boxes in Full screen on some video drivers. You can go back to Full screen after you activated the product.
