I'm starting to lose my patience with your product that continues to frequently crash despite following every update and piece of instruction you post in your support forums. Couatl crashes my sim at least once per flight, destroying any semblance of a good experience while I restart some combination of couatl.exe, FSX, and SODE. The only reason I haven't posted in the support forum for answers to the countless problems I've had with GSX and your sceneries in the past, is because I've seen how useless your help can be while you tell your customers to reinstall everything with antivirus off (which I've done, I promise).
So anyway, I figured I'd give the support forum a shot. Tonight couatl was crashing when I'd request catering. If it successfully restarted, I would lose the ability to summon the control menu, despite GSX and Couatl being present in the upper FSX Menu.
I'm on FSX, at FSDT KJFK with GSX2, Windows 7x64, Intel i7-4790K, and the crash log read as follows:
