Total Confusion

Hi,

I have installed KCLT and the Live Update has run.

KCLT has gone to the same folder that all the other FSDT airports have gone too which all work but in P3D4.5 at KCLT I get "the couatl scripting engine has encountered an unrecoverable error...........Please download the latest addon manager" but the add on manager is no longer available.

Please tell me how to get this error solved.

- Use only the latest installer for KCLT

- Be sure you install the latest GSX too, since KCLT requires it ( it's free there, of course )

I had already downloaded the latest installer for KCLT but after your advice I also downloaded the latest GSX installer too but just got the same error.

Is there something else I can try?

You don't say which simulator you use.

Enabled logging from the GSX Troubleshooting page, and check the error log in the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.LOG file, which should be more detailed. ZIP the log and Attach it to a post.

Try to remove every customization file you have for KCLT, by any file with a name starting with KCLT in the %APPDATA%\virtuali\GSX folder.

Just did as you advised plus I did the latest Live Update which had something about KCLT in it and the problem has been solved. Thanks very much.

While I'm here I just want to say thanks for all the updates and improvements that you guys continuously do to GSX and airports. GSX is just becoming phenomenal. You do more than anybody else by a long way.
