If it's a third-party scenery, you'd have to find the .bgl file that includes the jetways and move it somewhere else outside of the scenery folder. Not knowing the exact layout of the scenery since every scenery is different, that's about the best I can tell you. Hopefully the scenery developer didn't build the jetway into the same file as the terminal building or something because if they did, you're going to have problems.
