Any particular gate or is this at all gates.

Gate A99.

I have not altered this, or any other gate.

I get 2 errors reported in Win 10 1903 error log:

Spent a couple hours troubleshooting the problem, including uninstalling and reinstalling both x86 and x64 Visual C++ 2015 - which the latest 2015 is included in a combined installer that includes 2015, 2017, and 2019.
I have run FSDT Live Update several times hoping that would solve the problem, but no luck.

Please clarify if this is happening on this airport only and if yes, on a specific gate only and if yes, which one.

Umberto,

It appears as though I may have solved the problem with reinstall from a newly downloaded KCLT installer (v1.0.5), where my previous install was 1.0.2, obviously updated many times with Live Updater.

I think the only other KCLT gate I checked was C22, or C24, and got the same Coatl crash when selecting "reset position" Interestingly, I had no crash at FlightBeam KIAD.

I suppose it may be related to a GSX profile I have in %appdata%\roaming\virtually\GSX - don't know where I got that profile. Since reinstalling KCLT I see there is a GSX profile in the KCLT Scenery directory, so I've renamed the one in appdata to (name).ini.OFF

Anyway, after KCLT 1.0.5 reinstall, I did a quick test at A99 and got no crash. This evening I'll do some more testing at different gates to confirm all is good.

Kind Regards,
Steven Miller
