Suggestion

Would it be possible to add more than one node for the aircraft to follow during the pushback phase?

Have been experimenting with standard and non-standard pushbacks from stand 22 at Manchester Airport. Standard pushback takes the aircraft abeam 206/D7 and more nodes would be required for it navigate down the centreline of taxiway R as there is a turn at the head of stand 28 before getting to the tug release point at D7.

Non standard, although rarely used cuts the aircraft slightly across stand 24 before being placed nose out down the cul-de-sac, i feel more nodes would be required to smoothen out the turn, not just at Manchester but other airports where aircraft end up down a cul-de-sac.

Regards,

Jake

This week, we'll add the realtime Preview. Next week, we'll add a variable number of intermediate corners points, which will allow to create more complex paths.

That was posted in the comments by FSdreamteam on their most recent post 14 hours ago. So it should be happening pretty soon.

Ahh perfect. I don’t follow them/use Facebook, so I’m glad somebody else in the community has spotted the issue.
