GSX Vehicles invisible in P3D v4.5

I updated to P3D v4.5 and since then my GSX vehicles are invisible.  I have updated my drivers and have done a re-install of GSX and all the rest of my FSDT software. The ground crew is visible as well as the logos on the catering trucks but no vehicles. Can you help with this issue please.  Below is a list of my hardware and software I am using in my sim.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit OS
I73770K @4.4 ghz
32G Ram
GTX 1060 6G
P3D V4.5
Active Sky
Active Sky Cloud Art
EZDok Pro 3

When you updated to P3D V 4.5 did you only updated the simulator or also the content? Somtimes when people updated (especially from 4.3 to the first PBR Release 4.4) there have been troubles when only the sim was updated. I would try updating the content as well. I know there was a topic somewhere with same problems, try searching this forum mabe there are other hints that could help you.
