Simmarket sorted the problem with Paypal and it now has no problem.
So it WAS a PayPal problem. What about OrbX then ? There's just one constant here, and it's PayPal apparently accusing everybody of being a potential fraud risk, then backpedaling again.
As explained so many times already, the only thing we can do, is ask Digital River to complain with PayPal, and we already done that so many times. PayPal won't even discuss with us, since we are not a party in this problem, since the problem happens between Digital River and PayPal.
@oldflyboy:We'll file ANOTHER complain. And, if you could provide ( in private, of course ) some evidence of what PayPal told you:
WARNING - I have now been officially advised by Paypal NOT to try and purchase from Digital River using Paypal.
It could be useful to us and Digital River people to investigate about this. Also, I checked your order, and saw it was completed successfully so, PayPal finally accepted your payment.
