GSX Reading wrong AFCAD for some sceneries!

Hi there,
 I am unable to use GSX at many gates at KDTW (SSJ Beta) and FlyTampa KBOS as GSX is reading default afcads, and not the ones to the installed scenery.

Why is this and how do I fix it?
