"Jetway will not animate???

After a fresh install and customization of a few gates at EGLL, when I attempt to operate the jetways I receive the following message.
"SODE is unavailable, jetways will not animate"
Please advise what I am doing wrong.

Yes.  The jetways I've used are defiantly large enough to accommodate the PMDG T7 at gate 536 at EGLL.  Still receiving the same message.

That's not what I asked. I asked if the "Test" function in the GSX editor works. Do you hear the "dign" sound when pressing the 5 key on the numpad when a jetway is selected for editing ?

I am afraid I do not get any message when making the jetway customization.  I have had them in the past prior to my fresh install.
I also do not have the option to use the "Jetway Exclusion" box since I re-installed.

I am also getting the same message at OMDB and will assume that this will be the same for all airports.

Since you have been clearly followed very thoroughly so far, with multiple replies, complaining about a supposed lack of reply for about 24 hours, it's simply wrong.

I cannot reproduce your error, and nobody has ever reported the same error so, it seems you are doing something very unusual or unexpected. Please post your GSX .INI file and try to describe, exactly, what you did.

I am not certain of how to locate the GSX .INI file.  Is this what you need?
If not, could you kindly give me direction as to how I find the file you require?

To answer you other questions, my concern was that there was continued dialogue between yourself and me and then it abruptly stopped.
"What I did?" Was a fresh P3D install which included GSX.  GSX is now the only add-on that is giving me issues.  That's precisely what I did. An now I am asking for support for just one of the products that I have personally spent hundreds of dollars on.  That's all.  No offence intended Umberto.
