Creditcard not accepted

Hi,
i sent a mail to you yesterdy but got no reply.
Wanted to buy yesterday 2 of your airports with the reduced price,
but my card was not accepted.
That`s funny,i can buy everwhere products with my card,but not by FSD.
Now the summer-sale is over and i got no discount.
I must say,that i am very miffed about this.
Any idea?

Keep in mind that you are not buying from us, you are buying from Esellerate. We don't handle or process credit cards directly and we don't get you credit card details: everything is done by Esellerate.

You can contact them at support@esellerate.net, giving them the email you used to purchase the product, and they might be able to explain why your credit card hasn't been accepted.
