Passengers and Just Flight Connie

I use P3D V3.4 - I could not make an internal ground service ladder to appear for the Just Flight Connie that comes with P3D.

Using GSX, I tried to create a ladder coordinate so that the ladder truck would show up and pax could disembark
this is results:

Now I have some people actually going down the ladder and some that fall out to the ground and also pile up on one another
This is what I did in GSX:

As I mentioned earlier, supposedly one can activate an internal ground cart w/ladder by activation a switch but the ladder does not show that is why
I tried to see if I could let GSX create one by using the edit program.

Update:

After I closed P3D, I later opened it and lo and behold All of the GSX drop downs were gone. So, I reinstalled GSX again and the dropdowns in P3D were back. I went into
the GSX configure aircraft (again) and modified the posit for the ground ladder truck for the Pax door. This time all went well. Pax were leaving the plane in an orderly fashion and
all 40 of them were observed to follow one another with no bunch ups and none falling on the ground like in my previous post. Then a bus came and the pilots and crew left.
A bus came with new pilots and crew and boarded. Another but came with 40 fresh pax and they boarded in orderly fashion. Later and just for kicks, I closed P3d and then opened
it again and noticed that all the GSX related drop downs were all in place. So, I don't know why I lost those drop downs in P3D but it sure was an experience for me.
I guess I will later open the last flight in P3D and fly the newly loaded crew and pax to another destination and see how well the evolution of deplaning goes.
I wonder how and why 40 passengers was the amount to use?  Any control on amount of Pax to load/unload?

EDIT: I found where I can adjust the number of Pax. So now I don't have 48 people coming out of a clown car and have to wait too long.
