Issue with GSX Install

I have been trying to re-install GSX however, I get the following message in a pop up box saying "The following applications are using files that need to be updated by Setup."    "Couatl™ Scripting Engine for FSX/ESP"
When I try Auto close apps, It stops the set up.
I appreciate any assistance.

You ran the installer when the simulator was still running, or wasn't entirely closed. Restart Windows and run the installer again.
