"Your Ad Here" - on default jetways

How do I get the more typical logos back on the jetways, or even just a BLANK. I presume that i wouldn't have to edit each and every one?

Are you using FSX ?

We are aware of this issue and, in fact, we already fixed it but, we are having issues with Cloudflare not updating the files we uploaded, possibly related to the outage they had earlier today, so we are waiting for a reply from their support, because it seems we send a file, and is not updated correctly on the various servers.

Have you set the "Disable RTT" option in the Addon Manager ? It must be off, which is the default, it should be used only in few special cases, to fix a possible error on exit, only on some systems.

The "Disable RTT" option is UNCHECKED, and I left it that way.

Did another update, no change to the Jetway logos, still the "Your AD ..." thing.

I can only confirm the "Your Ad here" shouldn't happen (unless you had RTT disabled), unless you have a customization file in which you explicitly set a null operator. Are you able to customize the jetway and choose another logo ?

I have the same situation. nothing customised and RTT unchecked.
Win 10 up to date. P3Dv4.4

The logo can be removed by unchecking the logo box, but the logo cannot be changed. When the Customisation window opens it takes a few seconds for the jetway tab to appear next to the parking tab. As soon as the jetway tab appears the apply button gets greyed out.
The jetway model nor livery nor logo can be changed.
Under the parking tab the jetways menu lists No Jetway, Parking has 1 %sjetway, Parking has 2 %sjetways etc.
Should the %s actually be there?.

Of course not, something is very wrong with your installation.

I cannot reproduce the problem. What's the complete name of your GSX installation folder AND the complete path name of %APPDATA%\Virtuali ?

C:\Users\S\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali

I also tried uninstalling everything and then reinstalling with no anti virus running and ran installer as Admin.
Still the same

Try to remove the %APPDATA%\Virtuali folder and reinstall.

Make a backup, because it contains all your exiting customizations for airport and airplanes. Don't restore the backup immediately, but try first if that fixes the problem and then, restore your old customization files.

Sorry no better. Still cannot get rid of your ad here. Also the %sjetway etc is still on the dropdown list.
On the parking tab under custom texture, the handling and catering boxes are greyed out with 'missing textures' or similar in the boxes where 'Default' usually is.

Disabled anti virus. Downloaded fresh full installer to make sure it was ok and ran as administrator.
I do note when installing, the sim version selection screen is greyed out so no sim can be selected.
However it appears to install ok except for the logos on jetways problem.

After a remote session with Umberto the problem is sorted. Turns out when I updated P3D 4.3 to 4.4 it didn't update properly. A lot of 4.3 stuff was left behind causing problems.
After uninstalling and doing a fresh install of 4.5 all is working as it should.

By uninstalling, do you mean just removing the 4.3 client, and installing the 4.5, or do you mean something more extensive?
