Stand-Alone Addon Manager error
« on: July 02, 2019, 10:23:25 am »
Hello,

After downloading the update using the Live Update application, every time I load the new flight using P3Dv3 gives me an error (picture) straight away after the airport cache been loaded.

After checking the log error I get the message:

couatl v3.2 (build 4231)
panic log started on Tue Jul  2 12:07:57 2019

problem raised by engine or unspecified addon
{'Airport': 'SBBR', 'User Pos': (-15.868519334593334, -47.919256122161094, 1062.8 m, 2.39597 m, 356.04222161565673)}

I already tried fully installing the program, run again the update, opening a new airport but nothing worked.

Can you help me, please?

To be very honest, I don't know.

It goes up to Process 150 out of 370 (I think) then it shows completed.
The first time I run the Live Update it downloaded a lot of files, now every time I do it again it shows completed (picture).

Thats ok, Umberto said in another topic, that the Updater don't have to got through all Porcesses. If it says "complete" it's done without error.

This has been already discussed in several other threads. There's a known bug in FSX (and P3D3) which affect reading of jetway logos from the airport .INI file

There's already a fix online on Live Update now, for OUR airports but, if you have some airport customizations made with the previous version, you must move those files away to prevent the error, UNTIL we'll come with a proper fix.
