Ground polygons in the middle of the taxiway

What is happening here? Only shows up when you are close to them on the taxiway, and they cause your plane to jump upward.
Dallas is at the top of the scenery library and no ORBX Vector installed.

Have you set the Mesh Complexity and Resolution as suggested in the KDFW manual ? Try either 10 or 5 meters per pixel and NOT higher. The simulator is known to show such artifacts when meshes are oversampled.
