Position of parking readout on screen.
« on: June 20, 2022, 11:08:34 am »
Hi Umberto,

When approaching my parking position the readout showing if I’m correctly aligned appears too high on the screen. I have to pan up to keep it visible as I get closer.

Can this position be adjusted presumably in the ini file?
Cheers,
Ray.

There's no provision to adjust that readout in the .INI file, do you find it to be consistently too high, everywhere ?

I’ll need to check the PMDG737. I’ve been flying the Xtreme Prototypes Lear 25 recently where it is too high. More later...
Cheers,
Ray.

Hi Umberto,

Same issue with the PMDG737-800. See images below for the 737 and the Lear. Once closer than 20 meters the numbers disappear off the top of the screen.

I wonder if it's related to screen resolution. I'm running 3840*2160.
Cheers,
Ray.

There's already a small update that lowered the readouts.

Thanks Umberto. Finally managed a flight and the display now remains on the screen as I approach the parking position.  :)
Cheers,
Ray.
