Blinking textures

I have an issue where both the gate numbers on top of the jet bridges and the company names on the aircraft steps blink (or flash if you would) rapidly.  Before the PBR update it was just the gate numbers, but I would ignore this by simply removing the gate numbers at the afflected airports.  Any ideas on how to resolve this?
