And when I then looked at the files on my computer, I saw, that a lot of files in GSX have been changed ( dated 04th June.2019 and 3rd.June 2019).
The date you see there, is the date YOU downloaded the files, not the date we made them. As I've said, there hasn't been any updates since December so, the likely issue is, something WAS blocking the Live Update before (firewall, antivirus, or both), and NOW is not blocking it anymore so, you finally got the files you were supposed to have.
