GSX 2 just stops

I have just updated from P3D 4.4 to 4.5 and now have a weird problem.
I can load catering, passengers and engage the push back vehicle, but just as the wing walker is telling me that all is clear to taxi, GSX will just drop and no further input has any effect. (So no taxi assistance).
GSX disappears from the Menu as well.
I have run the updater but it doesn't seem to help.
Strangely though GSX is available (through key input) again at my destination!

Any ideas?

Nothing in the P3D 4.4 to 4.5 update can possibly have any effect on GSX. If GSX disappears, it means you must have some error. Enable Logging from Troubleshooting section of the GSX Settings, and if GSX disappears after it started, exit the sim and check the log file at %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.LOG

ZIP the file and Attach it to a post.
