Please clearly indicate all the following:

- the airport used. If it's default or 3rd party and clearly identify the scenery

- the airplane used

- if you used a custom configuration for the airport and, if you do, if you set a different operator than default in the airline codes edit field.

Fsdg Cape Town. I placed jetways with gsx level 2.

Pmdg 777-300er.

Did not use a custom config.

GSX works perfectly when estimate passenger number is ticked. But crashes when I enter the number when it is not ticked

Then yes, you ARE using a custom config. Check the airline code in that parking, what they say ?

The double commas looks like a problem: have you copied & pasted from somewhere else to specify those codes ?

Try removing all double commas, since it's supposed to be only one, and that's how GSX normally looks like when it reads airline codes from the AFCAD.

Did not even look at the codes when I setup the jetways. Otherwise I never went into their. Trying it now

I cannot reproduce it. Try removing your customization file altogether. Move it to a different folder, if you don't want to lose it.

After deleting the commas and using it on a different airport it works. Then when I moved back to FACT it worked. But the handling is by China airlines (should be by South African airlines)

I was quite sure the problem were the double commas. Now, set the proper airline code to have the correct operator, and be careful inserting it in the proper format, which is a list of codes separated by a single comma.

So I can just put SAA as the operator instead of all those airlines?

Yes, of course. You can put whatever you find appropriate.
