I have had GSX basic for a year or so. Couple of days ago decided to upgrade to the extension. Downloaded the base package again and reinstalled after deleting the original one. Input the serial number via addon manager. Then bought and downloaded the extension package. Installed and input the serial via addon manager.
When I started FSX and stood aerosoft A318 on a stand, I asked for deboard after stopping engines, etc. The opened doors and cargo door. Two problems:
1. Pax came off plane but they slip down the steps and slid along the ground to the bus.
2. The baggage crew had the tug driver but there was no baggage handler. The bags just flipped over onto the cart. The handler was invisible.
Does anybody have advice for me ? I asked the FSDT Support via email the evening that I'd bought the extension but no reply or even acknowledgement of my email.
