Unable to load airports due to couatl error message

Have run the add on manager but still getting error message

Be sure you remove any custom configuration you made for the airport before we updated it with GSX2 jetways, by removing any file named KLAX*.INI this folder:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX\

Since you haven't said anything about your configuration, I assumed this was the likely cause. If you said which simulator you use (especially if you use FSX), another thing that might cause this problem is another product that has changed the FSX.CFG, removing the line the GSX installer adds to find its objects, as explained here:
