deboarding pilots

from time to time after the deboarding of passengers, my hostesses and pilots do not deboarding ? the bus never comes to the plane?

Yes the bus deboarding All the passengers but after the pilot and crew van dont arrived.

1. when all the passengers have de-boarded and you look at the F12 GSX menu, do you see it still says deboarding passengers and hear background passenger noises ?
2. if  you look at the external view does it look like your rear baggage didn't operate?

I get both of these with GSX2 and it's like an infinite de-boarding so the crew bus and other services never arrive

the next time you de-board watch the whole thing from the outside view and see if everything works.
