I have no idea why you say the community is "very closed". The site you are looking for is RIGHT HERE: there's a Sharing area in the GSX support folder, were you will find hundreds of files being shared.

I'm not sure what this is example means. It looks like a standard GSX customization file, with some vehicle position changed. What would be your question about it ? You are not really supposed to edit it or even understand how it works: that's why there's a visual editor in GSX to create it!
