PMDG 777 GSX

I am having a strange issue with the PMDG 777 both the 200LR and 300ER models, where as the jetways connect far above the aircraft only with door L2 and sometimes a small conveyor belt luggage loader with replace the container loader vehicles. I haven't changed the aircraft config, it is the same config that comes with GSX. Its also worth noting that this happens both GSX Level 2 SODE jetways and standard SODE jetways that come with airport scenery.

Be sure you haven't using a custom configuration for the airplane, which might be or not correct. The GSX airplane configuration editor will tell you where it's taking its data from. It's supposed to read "internal data", that means it use the configuration that comes with GSX.
