Missing Part when boarding (GSX)

For any type of aircraft, when I request for boarding, the mini electric box connecting under the front of the nose of the plane isn't there. Also, I've fully purchased the addon. Pls help!

GSX doesn't come with any GPU vehicle. It might appear in a future update, but it's not there yet. The one in your screenshot is not a GSX vehicle, but some vehicle that came with an airplane addon.
