GSX Ground service

Hi, with heavy aircraft as B787 choosing Gate Heavy usually , not always, ground service is not available.
Warning that gate too small and ground service not available.
Any advise please?

GSX manual, Page 34, the explanation of what the "Max Allowed Wingspan" parameter does.
