Hi,
Just arrived at EHAM (P3D v4.4, NL2000 scenery, GSX2) and started the deboarding process. As you can see from the screenshot, the passengers starting position is actually above the aircraft. They then "walk" down to the correct height of the aircraft fuselage before walking down the stair correctly.
Could this be something to do with the airport being below sea level?
