People on top of the Shuttle Bus

I have bought and installed Level 2. I initiated a flight from LOWI (Innsbruck) and requested
boarding  passengers. the Shuttle Bus arrived and the passengers were as well leaving the bus in an orderly way as well as litterly on top of the bus coming down into the bus and then on the pavement after which they enter the aircraft.
This is a bug or a very strange behaviour of GSX Leve 2. It looks like the bus should be a so called double deck bus.

Please how to solve this issue.

I tried boarding it at default LOWI now, and it doesn't happen here. See the attached screenshot.

From your description of the problem, it looks like something in the scenery has set the ground altitude in a strange way, most likely something from OrbX. In this case, you must correct the airport elevation using the GSX parking customization page, by clicking the small airplane icon on the top right of the window, were it says "Airport Elevation"
