pushback not in function with level 2

hello
i bought gsx level this afternoon and when i want the pushback nothing in function
the push car not move
An idea ? thank's a lot and sorry for my bad english

The pushback surely works with GSX Level 2. Please clarify precisely:

- the scenery used. if it's not default, identify the scenery

- the gate used

- the airplane used

Bonjour
Suite à une réinstallation le push marche enfin.
Par contre maintenant après  l'embarquement  des passagers le boarding ne s'arrête pas...le son d'embarquement continue et je ne peux donc pas enlever la passerelle.....une erreur de ma part ?

Sorry i Forgot the language
Following à réinstallation the  push is good
Now my problem is after the boarding of all passengers the sound continue and i cannot remove the bridge
