Jetway issues after installing GSX 2.5.0.0 **SOLVED**

Hi Umberto

FYI I am not using GSX level 2. 

At KPIT  Ctrl J does not work.  Choosing the GSX menu item 6 states "SODE is unavailable. Jetway will not animate"

At KPHL Ctrl J does not work. Choosing the GSX menu got message "Has a default jetway" then "Jetway operating" then "Operation complete" But the jetway never moves!!

At CYHZ Ctrl J does not work. Choosing the GSX menu got message "GSX level 2 not activated.  Jetways don't move"

I have not tested all my other 3rd party airports yet.  Could you please help me fix this so I can continue to enjoy GSX?

Just to add some more information (confusion):

At KPIT gate B36 selecting option 6 on the gsx menu and I get the following response: "Level 2 not activated, jetways won't move."
I do not have Level 2 installed and have not purchased it yet.  Why am I getting this message?

At KBDL which I just flew a flight on 11/2 from gate B4 and the jetway shows on the loading flight image, ALL the jetways are now missing
At KDTW gate A18 the jetway is there but I get message on gsx menu "Sode is unavailable; jetway will not animate"

I think I have a problem!  Any help would be welcome!

Hi Umberto:

Problem appears to be solved.  I found the GSX control panel on my desktop and apparently restored all my default jetways. Still need to do some testing though.
