0/0 crew boarded in Cargo airplanes

Hi,
Recently a crew Van comes to the cargo planes and leaves but on a green belt is written " 0/0 crew boarded"
I tested three cargo airplanes ( Virtavia C17, Laborie Roland's Airbus A400M, An-12)and in each case the same.
I did not make any changes in gsx.cfg's and aircraft.cfg's. In passenger planes boarding is going well.
I have a basic version of GSX - without yet Level 2

Since those airplanes are all not included with GSX, you *must* configure them properly (which will create a GSX.CFG ), otherwise nothing will work in GSX.

Assuming the GSX.CFG you made is correct, it's entirely normal you won't see any crew members without Level 2, just the van.

Of course I know I will not see the crew in the basic GSX but I am surprised that the green banner shows the message "0/0 crew boarded". "Previously, GSX reported the number of crew,  probably according to the entry in aircraft.cfg
