FSX JFK won't install

Gentlemen,

I downloaded and then purchased both the FS9 & FSX versions of KJFK this afternoon. The FS9 version installed correctly (though I did have to add it manually to the scenery library), but the FSX version won't install at all. I keep running into a hang-up in the file extraction process at this point: 

C:\...\fsdreamteam\couatl/pysepat.pyd

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file. DeleteFile failed:code 5 Access denied.

My choices are Abort, Retry, or Ignore. So far I've chosen Retry 3 times, but the file extraction process still hangs up at the same point.

Any ideas about what can be done?

That not an installer problem.

The issue is, the installer can't copy a file and is being denied writing access to it, because that file might still be opened in another process that is running. Probably, FSX hasn't closed properly when you ran the installer, or it was just taking more time than usual to fully close.

Just reboot Windows, and run the installer again.
