Cannot install sceneries KJFK and KLAX for FSX

In 2009 and purchased the JFK scenery for both FS9 and FSX.
In 2016 I purchased the KJFK v2 for FSX. I changed computers last year and ever since I cannot make it work. It installs but nothing is shown except runways and taxiways.
In 2014 I purchased the KLAX v2 for FSX and the situation is the same.
Even though the Addon Manager shows they are installed, they are not.
Would appreciate your help very much.
At this time I am trying GSX but would like first to know what the problem is with those two sceneries.

There are no problems with the installers, just be sure you use only their current versions, not some old download you might have downloaded in the past.
