Issue with PMDG 747-800

Hello

I tend to fly cargo aircraft but have been having an issue with GSX Level 2 when using the recently released 747-800. On arrival at the gate and requesting deboarding GSX requests that exit 2 be opened, however I cannot find any door in this aircraft that is actually named Exit 2, and as a result I am unable to continue using GSX. Having looked at the door system in GSX it is not there either. and when trying to go into 3D mode it simply crashes.
Is there any way to get this solved?

Make sure you update to the latest version of gsx which now supports the b748.

And remove any customization files for that airplane you might have tried to create before the airplane was internally supported, from the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Airplanes folders.
