Air stairs at left rear entryway

I've got GSX v2 installed and using it for free at your airports.  The only issue I'm having is when I'm at a gate with jet bridges, there are airstairs at the left rear entry to my aircraft.  Have you created default setups for your airports?  I know I can configure the gates, but I figured I would ask about it here.  The issue it has caused  is that when I requested fuel, it would not fulfill the fuel request until that door was closed. I never opened it to begin with.  Doing a cycle of opening then closing that door does not resolve the issue.

If it is a default configuration, what would be the purpose of the airstairs at that location?  I was using QW 787-8 in this scenario at YVR gate 56 I think.

Are you sure the configuration for the QW787 is correct ?

We don't have that airplane in the GSX internal database, so you surely must be using something you either made or downloaded and, if there's something wrong with it ( most likely, the variable associated to that door ), GSX cannot detect the correct status for that door.
