error trying to use custom logo

Our VA's CEO tried to create a custom logo, and they got it working for other users. However for me I now have an endless loop of COUATL crashing. I even tried to fresh install GSX and Level 2. Even after removing it, rebooting, reinstalling, I am still getting the following:

I just want to go back to WITHOUT the custom logo. WHERE can I reset the config to remove the custom logo attempt?!

Ive now tried complete uninstalls of GSX from Windows 10 Control Panel, including the add on manager, and IT STILL gives me the same error? If I completely uninstall and reinstall this product HOW is it keeping settings and where are they kept so I can change it back??

Make sure to remove the custom folder left overs too ;-) or more simple just rename the airport.ini file in the following directory:
((yourdrivename:)\Users\(yourusername)\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX

Subsitute (yourdrivename) with your drive letter where the folder is installed and (yourusername) with your local user name....

Uninstall also jfkv2 via the windows menu (don't uninstall addon manager) and reboot reinstall jfkv2 run live update from FSDT and see what happens ;-)

All you had to do in the beginning was edit the sim.cfg file in the SODE jetway logo folder and remove all of the sections that had "_LOGO_MIDCON"

This error shows that you haven't run the Live Update after installing JFK. Or, possibly, installed a JFK version so old that it didn't do the Live Update at the end. Or, that an antivirus blocked the Live Update from updating JFK.

This, because the code you are running is old, the current version which is online now (which everybody should get, if Live Update is not blocked), doesn't look for the .MDL files under C:\ProgramData\virtuali anymore.

Download the paint kit. Then, read the directions. Then, read them 3 or 4 more times.
