Hey,

under the latest version of GSX and the Addon Manager I keep getting errors and crashes, even after an un- and reinstallation of both products. The problems started at monday or so, when I updated to a new version.


1. Couatl Scripting Engine crash
Whenever approaching or loading at Aerosoft's Stuttgart Professional with modified jetways using GSX Level 2, following message appears:

The log shows following:

When choosing to restart Couatl, it immediately crashes again. It doesn't depend, whether choosing a gate with a jetway or a remote-stand.
 

2. Pilots and Crew board without delay and passengers not visible
When on an airport with SODE-jetways, pilots and crew will board without delay (Messages: Boarding passengers now, Pilots boarded, Crew boarded, Passengers: XX/XXX). Neither the crew nor the passengers are displayed as 3D models.
Remote-stand boarding with stairs and the rest of GSX works without any problems.

Using Addon Manager v4.5.0.9 and GSX 2.5.0.9. Avira shows nothing in the quarantine and Flightsim folders including C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager are generally excluded. Using another aircraft has no effect on the problem.

And to add: Windows Event viewer doesn't contain any messages related to Couatl or P3D v4.3.

Your error seems to indicate you are simply missing the objects installed by the GSX full installer, as if you removed them or uninstalled GSX Level 2. Reinstall using the latest GSX full installer.

You have posted a screenshot that doesn't show the whole log. Don't post a screenshot, post the file itself.

The error is caused by a missing object, which is NOT part of GSX:

FSDT_SODE_JW_TB_2_5_LOGO_HAPOALIM

You probably created this custom logo, which has been removed (as everything in the *default* GSX Simobjects), with a Live Update, but your customization .INI file is still referencing it.

It's best if you use a separate folder for your custom logos, which won't be touched by the Live Update.

So, I got rid of the error in Stuttgart by removing the bgl file for Stuttgart in AppDate/Roaming/Virtuali/... However, the problem with the crew not boarding properly still persists! Here is a video:

the video doesn't show anything meaningful:

- It doesn't show if you have GSX Level 2 activated.

- It doesn't show what you did before selecting deboarding. I saw you were offered the option to Undock the jetway. How you docked it ? With GSX previously ?

- It doesn't show if your airplane configuration is correct.

- It doesn't show the airplane from the outside, to see if passengers are visible.

- If doesn't show the kind of jetway used on the airport, to see if they are transparent.
