refueling

I don''t quite understand the refueling procedure: the truck comes, asked for a certain quantity and leaves without actually refueling. My plane is the 737 PMDG NG What are the right settings to activate the refueling action

Please read the GSX manual, Page 18, there's an example how you are supposed to use the refueling with an airplane configured to have a custom fuel system and, it's precisely the PMDG 737.
