Prepare for departure possible malfunction

Hello,

I am in the progress of changing default cntrl+j jetways to SODE in Aerosoft's Mallorca Professional airport. The process of replacing jetways has been good so far but when I tested the prepare for departure function after deboarding, the jetway undocked and no tow truck came (although it was there). I selected again prepare for departure and the jetway docked on it's own and the tow truck remained still (no options for pushback presented either).

I'm I doing something wrong?

Try to set the Pushback preference to "Both" in the parking customization page.
