That's the current solution. However GSX menu suggests docking Jetway 1 (aft jetway in this case) to 1L, when ideally Jetway 2 (fwd jetway) should be recommended for 1L.
GSX suggest to dock if a jetway resolves there, not because of its number. So, as long the aft jetway resolves, it will appear in the list.
Yes, ideally, you might want to intentionally choose a model/position so the AFT will never solve on the front door, because GSX will not check if you are "crossing" jetways so, if you choose the aft before the front one and send it to the first door (you'll see it there, if it resolves), then you dock the front to the second door, they'll cross, it wouldn't do any difference if they were reversed.
The only way to make a parking entirely foolproof, is to place/chose the two jetways in a way the front cannot resolve to the second door, and the aft cannot solve on the first, so you won't even see the "wrong" choice in the menu.
